What we collect

When you request a private pilot we store the details you enter in the form: name, company, work email, job title, company size, the AI tools you currently use, your primary challenge, deployment preference and any message you add.

We also store a salted hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent to protect the form from abuse. We do not store the raw IP address.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request and to scope a pilot. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the email provider used to notify our team.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Until then no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics records page views, approximate location and device type with IP anonymisation; we use it to see which pages are read. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the banner appears again.

The pilot request form does not depend on analytics and does not use cookies.

Retention and your rights

Pilot requests are retained while we are in contact with you and deleted on request. To access, correct or delete your data, contact us through the pilot request form.
